11auction is a free social fantasy-auction service. This hub collects the policies, safety boundaries, and support route that apply when you use it.

No money is staked in a game.
Auction purses, bids, points, and other in-game values are virtual, cannot be bought, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money or anything of value. 11auction does not offer cash prizes, betting, or wagering.
Policies
Player safety
- Play for entertainment and take regular breaks, particularly during long live rooms.
- Do not arrange side bets, entry stakes, or cash settlements through a room or its participants.
- Keep private room codes and watch links within the audience you intended.
- Use a team or manager name that does not impersonate, threaten, harass, or expose another person.
- Report abusive conduct, suspected cheating, account misuse, or a safety concern by email.
Support and grievances
Email afsal@ringon.ai with the subject 11auction grievance. Include the account email, room code, a description of what happened, and screenshots if they are relevant.
We aim to acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. If a grievance is unresolved or you are dissatisfied with the response, you may use any escalation or appeal available under applicable law.
For an urgent account-security issue, put URGENT — account security in the subject line. Do not email passwords, OAuth tokens, private keys, or full payment credentials.
