Terms of Service

11auction lets friends create or join fantasy sports auction rooms, use a virtual purse to bid for players, manage fantasy squads, and compare results using real-world sports data. It is offered for entertainment, recreation, and friendly competition.

11auction is not a betting, gambling, or money-gaming service. In-game purses, bids, budgets, points, credits, and rankings have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred for value, or exchanged for money or prizes. We do not charge an entry stake or award monetary winnings.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. If local law permits a younger person to use the service, they may do so only with the consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

You may not use the service where doing so is prohibited. If you use it for an organisation or group, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

• You sign in through Google or Apple and Supabase authentication. Keep your identity-provider account secure.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person or organisation.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of misuse.
• Do not sell, transfer, or share access to your account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Room administrators choose settings and may control membership, remove participants, start or pause an auction, and choose whether supported watch or results links are public, private by token, or off. A room code or private link can be forwarded by its recipient, so do not treat it as a guarantee of secrecy.

Manager names, team names, room names, chat messages, reactions, and other material you submit are your “Participant Content.” You retain your rights in that content and give us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display, moderate, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service or comply with law.

Live chat and reactions are designed for room participants. Do not submit sensitive personal data or material you do not have permission to share.

You must not:

• use bots, scripts, automation, collusion, exploits, or multiple accounts to obtain an unfair advantage;
• interfere with timers, bids, authentication, Realtime channels, APIs, access controls, or other users;
• harass, threaten, deceive, dox, discriminate against, or impersonate another person;
• upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, malicious, obscene, or privacy-invasive material;
• probe or bypass security, scrape at disruptive scale, reverse engineer except where law permits it, or use the service to attack another system;
• arrange or promote entry stakes, side bets, cash settlements, or prizes tied to a room; or
• use 11auction for an unlawful commercial promotion or in a way that violates another person's rights.

We may investigate reports and remove content, restrict a feature, remove a participant, or suspend an account where reasonably necessary. Room-level administrator decisions are not decisions by 11auction.

Fixtures, squads, player details, statistics, scores, and fantasy points may come from third-party data providers and may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or unavailable. Scoring presets and tie-breakers are product rules, not official sporting results. We may correct data or recalculate results when source data changes or an error is found.

11auction is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the BCCI, IPL, ICC, FIFA, UEFA, Premier League, The Hundred, participating clubs or teams, or their organisers unless expressly stated. Names, competitions, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners.

The service may display a voluntary UPI support option. A donation is separate from gameplay: it does not buy access, virtual currency, an advantage, a prize, or any other in-game benefit, and it is not a stake or wager. You are responsible for confirming the recipient and amount in your UPI app.

Donations are ordinarily final once completed. If you sent a duplicate or incorrect payment, contact us promptly with the UPI reference and amount. Any refund is subject to verification and the rules of the payment providers involved. Never send a UPI PIN or full banking credentials.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue tournaments, features, scoring, data sources, or the service. Live auctions depend on networks and third-party systems, so uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may set reasonable usage limits to protect reliability and users.

Except for Participant Content and third-party material, the service, software, design, text, and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer any ownership rights.

The service relies on or links to providers such as Google, Apple, Supabase, Vercel, PostHog, sports-data providers, and UPI apps. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion through the account-deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, a security risk, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Fantasy results are for entertainment only and should not be relied on for financial, betting, selection, employment, or other consequential decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; loss of data, goodwill, opportunity, or profits; or loss caused by third-party systems, unauthorised account access, or a user's conduct. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other right available under applicable law.

Before filing a claim, please send the details through the grievance process on the Legal & safety page. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a statutory complaint mechanism.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date shows when this version took effect. For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice on the service or by another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
